We're going back to Bali in April, and just welcomed over 100 new members!
Dear friends,
Somehow we’re already at the final stretch of 2025. This year felt like one long inhale for Podium — our team grew, our formats expanded, our membership grew, and we stretched in ways we didn’t expect.
With so much in motion, having intentional pauses has become such an important part of how we build. Which is why we’re so excited to be taking 12 members to Bali next week for our (sold out) third women’s retreat! Below is one of the villas in the private estate we’ve booked in Ubud.
🌷 Designing our April 2026 retreat
With another one sold out, we could hardly wait to put together the next retreat!
In December, the experience was designed to be a place to exhale, look back and look forward - in the quiet end of the year. By the time April rolls around, life is usually a whirlwind. We’ll be moving fast, juggling everything, and somewhere along the way… the spark can dim a little.
So we’ve designed our next Inner Spring retreat for just that: finding your spark amidst the motion.
We’ve been shaping it for weeks, and here’s a peek of what’s new:
Revamped program flow: New workshop formats to spark more creativity.
New facilitators: A few incredible humans we can’t wait for you to meet.
New villa: We’ve loved every villa we picked so far but this coming one is a gem.

With how meaningful these have been, we’ll be introducing more immersive, guided programs in 2026. We’ll spend December shaping them and can’t wait to share more soon.

Thank you for joining our last membership intake of the year, we’re so excited to make new introductions and host you at upcoming events!
We won’t be taking on another intake until closer to Feb 2026, as we want everyone who just joined to be properly onboarded first. The Jan calendar of over 20 members-only events will be released soon, we’re just putting finishing touches on it.
