Podium is still a small (but mighty) team, and we’re ready to grow. Two roles are open and we’re already scheduling 15 interviews next week:
1. Founder’s Office: LINK
You’re early in your career, but not early in your drive. Some days it’s strategy, some days it’s operations, most days it’s both (plus whatever curveballs come up). If “chaos” feels like opportunity to you, we want to meet.
2. Community Manager: LINK
You know how to make a room — digital or physical — feel safe. You’ve built communities before, and you’re not here to copy-paste. You’re here to create spaces where women connect meaningfully.
